Mavenir Names Jitin Bhandari EVP for NeoCloud Platform and Forward Deployment Engineering
Mavenir Systems, Inc. announced on August 10, 2026 that Jitin Bhandari will serve as Executive Vice President of NeoCloud Platform and Forward Deployment Engineering. In the new role, Bhandari will drive the company’s expansion into the NeoCloud market and build a Forward Deployment Engineering practice that serves both Mavenir’s communications service provider (CSP) customers and NeoCloud operators.
The appointment follows Mavenir’s recent launch of an AI‑Integrated Platform and an AI Service Assurance framework for CSPs. The company said the new platform extends its AI tools and cloud‑native capabilities to NeoCloud providers, creating a new revenue stream that complements its existing global base of mobile network operators, CSPs and hyperscalers.
Bhandari brings almost three decades of experience in telecommunications and software‑native technologies. Prior to joining Mavenir, he was Chief Technology Officer for Cloud and Network Services at Nokia, where he led technology strategy for cloud‑native and AI‑powered networking solutions. Earlier in his career he held senior roles at Nokia, Oracle, Acme Packet and Alcatel‑Lucent, where he helped move the industry toward cloud‑native architectures, network virtualization and software‑defined networking.
Mavenir’s president and CEO, Pardeep Kohli, said the company is “well positioned to help customers adopt and operationalize AI in all aspects of their business, including IT, BSS/OSS and network planning.” Kohli added that Bhandari’s background in product innovation and AI will accelerate the delivery of AI‑by‑design, cloud‑native solutions and expand Mavenir’s capabilities into new markets.
