HP Unveils Integrated Collaboration Suite Powered by Workforce Experience Platform
On June 16 2026, HP announced that its new Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) now integrates Poly Lens, Poly Studio Room Compute, Poly VideoOS 5.1, Poly Focus 6 Series headsets, and the first programmable Poly Collaboration Keyboard. The goal is to give IT departments a single pane of glass for managing devices and rooms across Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
"Organizations don’t want more tools. They want to adopt intelligent collaboration solutions that not only deliver reliable meeting experiences, but that are easier to deploy, manage, and scale," said Carles Farre, Division President of HP Collaboration Solutions. The move follows HP’s broader strategy to connect people, workspaces, and solutions under one unified platform.
Poly Lens is an add‑on that links a WXP tenant with a Poly Lens Cloud tenant. According to HP, the integration delivers role‑based, tenant‑level authorization and single‑sign‑on click‑through access, letting IT administrators control rooms and devices directly from within WXP. The feature is part of a larger effort to give IT teams visibility across collaboration spaces, compute, and print solutions.
HP Poly Studio 5 and 7 Room Compute devices are certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. They feature color‑coded ports, a dedicated PoE port for the Poly TC10 touch controller, automatic pairing, magnetic mounting, and can be managed via Poly Lens. The devices contain at least 60 % post‑consumer recycled plastics.
Poly VideoOS 5.1 adds DirectorAI multi‑camera technology that automatically switches between cameras to capture the best view of in‑room participants. The software also simplifies setup for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android with HP Touch Controller Direct Connect and introduces a redesigned WebUI for unified device administration.
Poly Focus 6 Series headsets offer up to 25 hours of talk time with ANC on, wireless charging, replaceable batteries, and replaceable ear cushions. They are available in a foldable version and are certified for Google Meet, Google Voice, Microsoft Teams Open Office, and Zoom. Bluetooth Direct support for Teams and Zoom eliminates the need for a dongle. The headsets are TCO 10 certified and contain up to 75 % post‑consumer recycled plastic.
The Poly Collaboration Keyboard is the first programmable collaboration wireless keyboard with adjustable tilt. It includes dedicated keys for microphone mute, camera control, and screen sharing, and offers customizable shortcuts. The keyboard is made with up to 75 % post‑consumer recycled plastic.
Availability dates and pricing were disclosed in the press release. Poly Focus 6 Series headsets will be available in July on HP.com starting at $379.95. Poly Studio Room Compute devices will be available in July through select resellers, starting at $2,499 for the Studio 5 and $3,699 for the Studio 7. Poly VideoOS 5.1 is expected in Q3 2026. The Poly Collaboration Keyboard will launch in September 2026 for $59.99 on HP.com. Poly Lens integration into WXP is now underway, with additional capabilities rolling out throughout 2026.
HP will showcase its collaboration solutions at booth #C8137 and host HP Dimension with Google Beam demos at booth #C8037.
"The shift to agentic ways of working is fundamentally rewriting the relationship between hardware and software, and redefining work experiences in the enterprise," said Amy Loomis, Group Vice President of Workplace Solutions at IDC. "By providing IT teams with visibility across devices and collaboration environments, HP is turning isolated device data into organizational insights, improving operational efficiencies, and setting a new standard for the way work gets done."
